HOW TO ORDER - SPORTSWEAR HAVEN

All Orders are via email correspondence on first come first serve basis.

We will issue Order Reference No to successful orders. Our Order Reference No will act as Goods Reservation which valid for 48 hours after Order Reference No is sent. If no payment/proof of transfer is received after 48 hours, Order Reference No(s) will be no longer valid and the goods will be offered to next customers.

1. Please send an EMAIL to order@sportswearhaven.com and provide below info:

2. We will check your order and notify you Order Reference No, item(s) availability and total payment* (including shipping charges*).

3. If you 100% confirmed to purchase the item(s), please send us your "Order Confirmation" via return Email to order@sportswearhaven.com :

- Buyer Complete Address*:

- HP Number:

- Item Code(s)/ Size/ Quantity:

Kindly make a payment in 48 hours after you send an "Order Confirmation".

4. Payment can be done using one of the following methods:

- Singapore: DBS/ POSB transfer.

- Other Countries: PayPal or Western Union Transfer.

5. Once you have transfered the payment, please notify us your "Payment Details" via Email to order@sportswearhaven.com :

5. If we have received your payment, we will ship the item(s) to you. For your convenience, we only use Registered Article Delivery Service by Singapore Post* for easy tracking purpose.

Important Notes (*):

- Payment -> We only accept payment in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For conversion of SGD to your currency, please refer to Oanda.com.

- Shipping -> Strictly No Meet Up, Self Collection or COD. We will ship all the order via Singapore Post.

- Complete Address -> Sportswear Haven will not be responsible of any item(s) lost in the mail delivery caused by incomplete or invalid address given.

- Registered Postage -> Local registered postage fee is WAIVED for minimum purchase SGD 50.00 (Normal postage fee SGD 1/pc still applies).
